Prenatal & Postpartum Osteopathy

Osteo for pregnancy - helps dissipate the pain and discomfort of postural changes that occur in the second and third trimesters with the increasing weight of your developing child. Hormonal changes affect the ligaments of your whole body and can make it more susceptible to strain.
Osteopathy can help restore balance from the stresses that occurred during pregnancy and labour. This can ease the discomfort and pain a mama may be feeling and help speed up recovery by improving blood and lymphatic flow, optimizing the self-healing mechanisms of the body
